Overview
All licenses are one-year subscriptions, with optional renewal. Custom multi-year packages are available.
Individual Plans = Named-Seat License
Organizational Plans = Non-Named Seat License (i.e. you can cycle supported individuals through your agency or organization.)
All user licenses include Cognitopia accounts for all support team members at no additional cost (e.g. educators, parents, coaches, therapists, parents, managing employers.)
Discounted basic individual/family plan - $299
One year subscription, intended for private pay individuals and families.
Standard individual plan - $499
Annual subscription plus 4 hours of virtual training and ongoing technical support. Standard plans are typically funded through Vocational Rehabilitation or Developmental Disabilities Services.
Basic organizational/district plan - $4000
Yearly subscription includes organization account and 15 individual accounts, 6 hours of virtual staff training, and ongoing technical support.
Addiditional users may be added at discounted cost of $108/yr. The average cost per supported person shrinks the more individuals you support.
Customized training and development options
Customized onsite and virtual training packages available. Development and systems integration available @ $205/hr.
